What can I sell via simple system?

As a vendor, you can sell all products and services that are relevant to the business-to-business market. simple system requires its vendor to assume independent responsibility for product-compliant supply.

What can I NOT sell through simple system?

The following product categories are allowed Not be sold via simple system:

  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Pesticides
  • Drugs
  • Substances and mixtures requiring specialist knowledge, including biocidal products

The respective vendor is responsible for the actual and legal correctness and completeness of the information, images, product descriptions and other content in catalogs. All offered and delivered articles must comply with the applicable European regulations and guidelines, their implementation provisions in national law, as well as other relevant national legal provisions of the contract area in the current version.

Can my product portfolio be expanded at any time?

Yes, you can expand your product portfolio at any time – all you need to do is upload a new catalog.
