Important questions
The promotion is valid for every customer who did not previously have a customer account with us and who registers on our new NextGen platform through your recommendation. The commission charged during the promotional period for sales from the direct relationship and the open marketplace with the referred customer is credited. The respective promotional period starts on the day the customer places the first order in one of your associated catalogs.
example:
Mustermann GmbH registers on our NextGen platform on 01.07.2023. The first order via our platform will only be placed on 01.08.2023. In one year, the customer will order C-parts worth €100,000 from you. With a commission rate of 4%, you save 4,000€ in commission until 31.07.2024. We calculate the commission-free period from the first order you receive.
The start of the commission-free period is the day the referred customer places the first order on our new NextGen platform in one of your catalogues. You will receive a credit for the promotional period for this customer billed commission at the end of the promotional period.
An example:
The company Mustermann GmbH referred by you will buy via our platform from 01.07.2023 and order from you. The commission charged on your sales with Mustermann GmbH up to 30.06.2024 will be credited to you at the end of the promotional period.
You can easily find your simple system ID in your NextGen supplier profile. Just click on the gray tile with your name with your mouse. The ID will then appear under your name and email address.
Fill out the form with your customer's master data or send the registration link directly to your contact person in the company. We'll take care of the rest. You can also book an individual demo with us for your customer.
You can contact our Support or Vendor Management team at any time. We can change your settings in just a few minutes. If you still don't want to be visible to other customers, we can also establish the connection manually. You then assign the catalogue to the customer.
As soon as the customer has completed the registration process (time: 5 minutes), they can directly inquire about you as a vendor. After accepting the request, you can immediately upload or assign a catalogue for the customer. Once this has been done, the customer can order directly from you.
All customers referred by you who meet the conditions and have registered by 31.12.2023 are eligible for the promotion.
The customer must meet the following conditions in order to be referred by you:
- He is not yet registered as a customer on simple system
- The referred company is an independent company and has its own sales tax ID.
- The customer registers directly on our new NextGen platform
- The customer enters into a direct relationship with you on NextGen via the partner marketplace or purchases a catalogue from you via your “open marketplace”
Example 1:
The company Müller GmbH is already on simple system, but has not yet connected with you on the platform. You can no longer recruit these customers.
Example 2:
Schmidt AG has three workshops in Germany, of which only Werk 1 GmbH has a simple system account. If Schmidt AG also connects its other two plants and if these plants are their own companies with their own sales tax IDs, you will receive the commission for one year for these two new plants.
Example 3:
You have a special case. A major customer of yours may have several branches, but they all run on one and the same VAT ID. Talk directly to your vendor management contact at simple system. We will analyse the case and offer you a solution as soon as possible.
